Too Tired to Work Out?~Start With ONE Simple Step
This is for anyone who wants to get healthier, but feels defeated before they start.
It makes sense you feel this way. Fitness has become a marketing industry, and it can feel off-putting. The amount of hours that you have to dedicate to being healthy is unrealistic. For most people, it’s not possible to keep up with everything the industry tells you to do.
You’re not supposed to do it all!
Maybe future you in 5 or 10 years will have adapted to various tips and lifestyle changes from the fitness world, but today you just need to do ONE new thing.
As I write to you, I am lying on my back with my legs up on the couch. I used to work with an older woman who had back pain, and every time I’d get to her house, I’d start her session with her lying on the floor.
One day she said, “Okay, you’ve done your job; you can leave now.”
We laughed and I realized how much truth there was in her statement.
For some reason, stopping moving and getting down onto the floor is hard for people. So this week I’ve included a video for you that includes a short meditation.
