40 Days of Raw, Unedited Writing: Rediscovering Connection Beyond Social Media
I am experimenting with writing a post every day for the next 40 days.
One of the reasons I chose 40 days is because of this podcast I stumbled across by Hella Well with Danielle. Listen to it, it’s short and gets to the point. That’s what these short posts will be too.
I am craving something different. It’s not going back to social media where I never felt drawn. It’s not forcing myself into spaces that disrupt my mental health. It’s not feeling like I am missing out when I’m not on social media.
It’s feeling I am missing out on living fully~on connecting in person. On honoring the truth that’s always been inside me. The truth that tells me social media isn’t a space I feel comfortable in.
Writing is different.
Writing is my safe space.
Writing is my meditation.
Writing is where I make sense of everything that doesn’t make sense.
Writing is where I find peace with the struggle.
So for the next 40 days get ready to receive emails from me to you.
I’m not going to edit these. Eeekkk my perfectionist doesn’t like this idea.
